The waterjet cleaning machine is a high-pressure industrial pump that increases the pressure in the water up to 500-3000 bar and then pushes it through an accurate tungsten carbide nozzle to produce a focused and high-velocity jet. How Waterjet Cleaning Machine Works — Step-by-Step

1. Water intake and filtration

The system uses an inlet filter to draw water from its supply source to remove all particles so that they cannot reach the pump seals and nozzle orifices. This process protects the equipment’s lifespan while water pressure remains at the scheduled output level.

2. High-pressure pump stage

Filtered water feeds into an intensifier pump or a direct drive pump – precision-designed to operate at the desired operating pressure of 500-3000 bar – and increases pressure to that level.
