The working principle of our water jet cutter:
The basic working principle of ultra-high pressure waterjet is simple and extremely complicated. The key to the formation of ultra-high-pressure water is the high-pressure pump. The low pressure oil from the oil pump pushes the large piston of the supercharger to make it reciprocate. The moving direction of the big piston is automatically controlled by the reversing valve. On the other hand, the water supply system is purified first, and then the low-pressure water is pumped out by the water pump. After the low-pressure water entering the booster is pressurized by the small piston, the pressure rises. Because the high-pressure water is produced after the supercharger is continuously compressed back and forth, and the piston of the supercharger needs to be reversed, the pressure of the water jet emitted from the nozzle is pulsating.
